A new independent book and gift store serving central Austin!

Birdhouse Books is a queer- woman- veteran-owned independent book and gifts store serving Brentwood and the surrounding neighborhoods in central Austin, TX.

We envision the Birdhouse as an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. A light-filled space where you can breathe easy and bring your full self.

We'll be hosting author events and book discussions, children's story times, and will have an awesome middle-grade fiction section.
